Colon Cleansing Improves Your Memory?
Over the course of these past few articles I have covered a variety of benefits which come from having a colon cleanse. Obviously, the natural benefit of flushing your system of toxins is the primary health aid. But studies have shown that colon cleansing can also benefit skin health, ease digestive problems, aid with weight loss and remove parasites from your system. Yet, these are not the only benefits. In fact, those toxins which have built up in your body may have an adverse affect upon your mind’s ability to function at its highest capacity.
If it helps to conceive your body as a sponge, that may be the best example to provide. A sponge is used to clean things but it is also known for its ability to absorb in the process. Throughout your life your body absorbs different substances from what you eat, drink, breathe etc.
Just like a sponge, as you absorb these substances, you become dirtied and less effective. However, just as you squeeze a sponge to remove all the nastiness it has absorbed, so you do with your body through a colon cleanse. The purpose of the cleanse is to flush away all the toxins, bacteria and other junk you have developed in your system over a lengthy period of time.
Virtually every facet of your life and mine involve some sort of toxin intake, ranging from the harmful aspects of our diets (“But I just can’t put these sweets down!”) to the polluted air we believe. As a result, we build up these toxins within our systems over time.
Unfortunately, whether we realize it or not, these toxins are the source of many of our illnesses, aches, pains and other health issues. This is why we opt to have a colon cleanse. When these toxins build in our digestive systems, our whole body suffers.
One of the harmful build-ups which occur is metals. Multiple studies reveal that excessive metal build up may cause lapses in concentration as well as “fogginess” of the brain. Although a colon cleanse is not the only way to cleanse your body from metal build up, it is perhaps the quickest and most effective.
Metals are just one of the many toxins which pollute your system. Bad foods and drinks all corrupt our digestive tracts and cause our organs, including our brain, to function on a lower level. As a result, your concentration levels are lowered, memory loss becomes more frequent and you are generally less sharp.
If you have been struggling with memory and concentration lately, you likely didn’t stop to consider that the cause may be your colon or digestive system. However, studies show that the pollution of these does have an adverse affect upon your mind and body. You have likely tried a host of solutions to alleviate this frustrating problem, but colon cleansing may be the ideal solution. Remember, it the pollutants within your body which are causing the frustration and a colon cleanse will wash those away.
