Amazingly these food groups help decrease flatulence, promotes healthy-looking skin and overall good physical shape. Since it promotes excretion of your waste products, naturally your skin will have its natural glow thus you will feel good.

Your eating habits determine your well-being. Facilitation of excretion of your body wastes does not only help you feel good but also can help you to reduce weight. But how about tea? Can tea help you in cleansing your colon? Various types of teas are available in the market and equally capable of cleaning your whole body system. It is also known to be a good source of antioxidant. Being an anti-oxidant, it does not necessarily mean it treats you of your digestive tract disease. It just helps and promote excretion thereby promoting and increasing your risk against benign polyps that form in your colon which later on leads to colon cancer.

Have you ever wondered where does tea comes from, how it came to the grocery store for you to enjoy in your precious chinaware? Tea came from the leaves of camellia sinensis. The leaves are green when they are harvested. Processing tea is a step by step process. The quality of the tea you will get is determined from how it was picked to the length of time it was given for proper oxidation as well as panning it. It goes through a complicated process which makes it more reasonable to enjoy each cup.

How does tea help your digestive system? Your body constantly produces oxidants which has bad molecules that when they lost an electron during a biochemical process are highly unstable and chemically reactive. To revive cell stability, oxidants steal electrons from other molecules in the cell. In doing so, it damages cell proteins and genetic material. To protect yourself, the body makes and uses antioxidants which fights oxidants by engulfing them. This process is similar to someone who stole something from you, and you go call the police to apprehend the perpetrator. But if unsuccessful like when it was your mobile phone that was snatched from you and there was no other means to call, you feel that you cannot do anything except report it. Similarly, when this happens to your body, it is in a state of imbalance wherein, cells may mutate and contribute to disease processes, including cancer.

This is why, intake of tea is encouraged. Tea contains polyphenols and tannins. These are chemicals innate in tea leaves and when biochemically breakdown by your body, is excreted in your urine. Evidence of the benefits of these chemicals were published in the Elsevier journal Research in Microbiology. Extracts from Chinese tea were introduce to cell culture that has different bacterial strains like e. coli, salmonella, listeria, bacteroides and clostridium. These pathogens are responsible for the many ailments that assault the digestive tract including colon cancer. The phenolic compounds exhibited general inhibitory effects on the intestinal bacteria.

Tea also contains tannins. Tannins are defensive compounds that antagonize bacteria and fungi by interfering with their surface proteins. How would you know that tea has tannins? It is that sensation of dry, puckery, constriction after sipping your tea or when you bite into less than ripe fruit. This is caused by the interaction of the compounds in the fruit or tea and the proteins in the saliva and mucous membranes of your mouth. Tannins are also responsible in large part for the tea’s color.

There are various types of tea, but they are generally classified into four: black, white, green and oolong tea. Each have different levels of polyphenols thus different degree of effects on the colon in terms of cleansing benefits. It is important that you find time to find out the difference to maximize on their cleansing effects depending on your need.

They discovered that colon cancer was more than twice as likely in the men that consumed the least amount of vitamin D and calcium. As about 90 per cent of the average persons’ vitamin D comes from the sun, it was comforting to know that even small amounts of vitamin D in the diet helped prevent colon cancer.

In 1993, researchers from the University of Minnesota, analyzing the data of more than 35,000 women from the Iowa Womens Health Study, found that vitamin D and calcium in the diet significantly reduced the risk of colon cancer. Women with the lowest vitamin D intake were twice as likely to develop colon cancer. Do not forget, diet supplies only 10 per cent of vitamin D as most people get almost all their vitamin D from sun exposure.

In 1997, researchers in Finland confirmed the Garland brothers’ original findings on vitamin D blood levels and colon cancer. Again, they found that the risk of colorectal cancer was highest in those with the lowest blood levels. Perhaps more ominous for the people of Finland (which is very far north and gets little sunlight) was the very low blood levels of vitamin D they were found to have. The average person in Finland had blood levels of only 13 nanogram per ml, a level now known to be associated with numerous serious illnesses, not just cancer.

Colorectal cancer is the second most common form of cancer in the western world. About 150,000 Americans will be told they have colon cancer this year and 50,000 will die. Your chance of developing colon cancer, sometime in your life, is about 1 in 15. Blacks are particularly affected by colorectal cancer, as well as other cancers, with both a higher incidence and mortality from colon cancer than non-blacks. We believe this is due to a widespread vitamin D deficiency within the black community.

Many factors contribute to causing colon cancer (it is multifactorial) but diet is probably the most important factor. Certain diets promote colon cancer, such as diets high in fat and red meat. Other diets help prevent colon cancer, especially diets high in fiber, calcium, fruits, and vegetables.

If you have colon cancer, please remember that vitamin D is not a cure-all and should never be used as a main treatment for cancer. Your oncologist will prescribe treatment that has proven efficacy and you should carefully follow their advice as the mainstay of treatment. At the same time, you should know that evidence suggests that the proper amount of vitamin D will help you in your fight against colon cancer.

Vitamin D is found in fortified milk, salmon, cod liver oil, sardines, and mackerel. Spending time in the sun also helps the body produce vitamin D.

However, too much vitamin D can cause nausea, constipation, weakness, and other problems, so Lieberman cautioned against overdoing it.

According to the National Institutes of Health, people aged 19-50 need 200 International Units daily whether in either their diet or in supplements for adequate nutrition, while people between 51 and 69 year old should get 400 International Units each day. People 70 and older need 600 International Units of vitamin D each day. The recommended dose of vitamin D for most children and adults is no more than 1,000 International Units for babies under 12 months according from the Institute of Medicine’s Food and Nutrition Board.

Have you ever attributed what you felt to what you have eaten other than the stress at work that you experience? Yes, it could be that sumptous food you took this lunch. Foods that are high in monosodium glutamate does that. Almost toxic to every living being, monosodium glutamate is a neurotoxin. Used as a flavoring, it causes evident changes cellular structure and function. In laboratory experiments on animals, MSG kills the brain cells. It also causes for asthmatic symptoms to worsen as well as nausea, vomiting, fatigue disorientation and depression.

In an experimental eye research, MSG showed no significant effects to the laboratory animals. But after three to six months of continued usage, there was observable damage. Therefore, we can think that if we consistently include MSG in our line of flavor enhancers, there is the possibility of us experiencing the above mentioned adverse reactions and face the future with the likely incidence of having any of the degenerative disorders of the brain, such as Alzheimer’s. Difficulty in learning, obesity and other endocrine problems appear with continued use. Very young children easily gets affected because their blood brain barrier is not fully developed. While in the elderly, the blood brain barriers are less functional to keep excessive amounts of MSG from getting to the brain.

It was in 1980 that MSG was proved to cause brain lesions in laboratory specimens. These brain lesions further develop into stroke, epilepsy, degenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s. We really cannot easily avoid this flavor enhancer, since it is present in almost everything found in the grocery store. A restaurant may claim not to use MSG on food but the choice of raw materials for cooking plays a role. How?

Similar to the processed food we purchase, these restaurants also utilize processed foods. Where? The broth cubes or bouillon cubes we use. The salad we enjoyed which we thought was a healthy one as well as the barbecue sauce has MSG in it. Canned, dried or frozen food, flavored potato and tortilla chips, all of these are MSG-laden. We are not aware but MSG is hidden in product labels, especially those that are processed. We cannot help but be concerned.

Most number of people who experienced bodily reactions to MSG manifest migraine. A throbbing headache that we usually experience after enjoying a tasteful meal. This was also termed Chinese Restaurant Syndrome (CRS) which includes nausea with that migraine you complained. It was associated with Chinese Restaurants since most of the tasteful and flavor-rich foods are cooked in Chinese Restaurants. If you have felt this, it is attributed to consuming large amounts of MSG.

Though most testing for MSG effects was conducted on animals, we should not make ourselves behave like guinea pigs not to believe the harmful effects it can do to our brain and go on consuming such foods. If research efforts produced conclusive evidence the harmful effects it does to animal subjects, it is almost always sure that it will have the same harmful effects to humans. All testings even for developments on medications, exhaust all possible effects to the animal subject before launching it to public consumption.

“Large doses of MSG fed to animals damaged nerve cells in the part of the brain that controls appetite, body temperature and other key functions. The additive was also found to damage reproductive organs. It has caused female animals to conceive less frequently and to give birth to smaller litters. Some evidence also links MSG with learning disabilities in laboratory animals,” said Dr. Susan Baker of the Boston Children’s Hospital, the world’s largest pediatric research center.

Among the first countries that cultivated tea is India and China. In traditional Chinese and Indian medicine, practitioners used green tea as a stimulant, diuretic to promote the excretion of urine, astringent to control bleeding and help heal wounds and to improve heart health. Other traditional uses of green tea include treating flatulence or gas, regulating body temperature and blood sugar, promoting digestion, and improving mental processes.

As years go by, it has gained popularity in the West. Personally, I don’t like green tea’s taste, but after learning that there are varied ways to drink it, it’s not so bad after all. In addition to that, it has many health benefits compared to black tea. Below are the numerous benefits from drinking green tea:

Green tea is made from unfermented leaves, such that it contains anti-oxidants that helps to prevent cancer. Antioxidants are substances that engulf free radicals. These free radicals are damaging compounds in the body that alter cells, tamper with one of your genetic material or DNA, and even cause cell death. Research evidence shows that green tea included in your everyday diet can help reduce esophageal, stomach, bladder, pancreas, colon and rectum cancer up to 60 per cent.

It containts the antioxidant known as “epigallocatechin gallate” which is 100 more times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times more effective than vitamin E at protecting cells from harmful influence. It does not only inhibit the growth of new cancer cells but kills some of the existing cancer cells as well, without harming the healthy ones.

It explains why tea-drinkers can eat almost twice the foods containing cholesterol as those who don’t drink green tea, but still have an equal cholesterol count. Additionally, it helps reduce hypertension by repressing angiontension II which causes the blood vessels to constrict which is the cause of high blood pressure. With that in combination with low cholesterol count, green tea further arrests the formation of blod clots which causes thrombosis. Bear in mind that thrombosis is one of the main causes of your strokes or heart attacks.

Green tea contains two main antioxidants namely, polyphenols and polysaccharideswhich are especially effective in lowering blood sugar in type two diabetes. It destroys bacteria that causes bad breath thus, suppressing the process of plaque formation.

Destroys free radicals that cause aging.

Because of its high concentration of polyphenols and flavenoids, it boosts your immune system.

Green tea possess antibacterial and antiviral properties which supports the result of recent studies showing that green tea inhibits the spread of disease, speeding up recovery from cold and flu. Furthermore, it also destroys food poisoning bacterial strains including clostridium, botulus and staphylococcus hence making it a good treatment for diarrhea.

In conjunction with diarrhea, it helps maintain your body’s fluid balance and relieves your fatigue and stresses caused by dehydration.

It blocks the main receptor-producing allergies thus, preventing your allergic reactions.

10. As part of your everyday diet, it stimulates metabolism and speeds up the burning process of calories.

Though all the types of tea came from the one same plant, they have different benefits. This is attributed to the fact that the length of fermentation and oxidation process is where the containment of the medical benefits depend on. The longer tea leaves are undergo the process of oxidation, the more benefits that will be lost from it.

Although there are many ready-to-drink teas are out in the market, drinking your tea freshly brewed is still the best way to preserve and acquire all the disease-fighting nutrients it has.

Are you on schedule?

We all know what a canal is – a waterway that is used by barges or other floating craft to haul cargo, crops or people from one place to another. The Panama Canal runs from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Another canal, the Alimentary Canal, hauls food and runs from your mouth to your rear. It includes your mouth, your throat or esophagus, your stomach, your small intestine, your large intestine (colon) and your rectum. And just like the traffic on the Panama Canal, the traffic on the Alimentary Canal should be on time and on schedule.

“Digestive transit time” regards the time it takes from chewing to elimination. “Colon transit time” is the amount of time it takes for food to be eliminated after it enters the large intestine. As you are pursuing better health with the necessaries of colon cleansing through herbal blends or hydro-therapy, you will hear a lot about transit times.

First of all, not all folks run on the same schedule. What may be normal for one person will be a little off for the next. Transit times can vary from person to person due to dietary habits, age, climate, exercise habits, immobility, medications and so on.

Though everybody runs on a slightly different schedule, proper transit times can range from about 12 to 48 hours. These times are just guidelines to at least help you gauge whether or not the traffic on your canal is going by too fast and not dropping off the required fares (improper absorption of nutrients and/or diarrhea) or sitting around too long (constipation and/or gas bloating) and clogging up all the rest of the traffic.

Check your schedule. Beets are a good stool marker. Eat three to four whole beets, noting the exact time you do this. When you see darkened stool (beets will turn it deep red), calculate how many hours have passed. That is your transit time. Some folks use black sesame seeds or dried corn kernels as markers. Check this timetable to see how on schedule you are and take the appropriate action.

More than 24 hours: Wastes are probably sitting in your colon too long. Toxic substances that were supposed to be eliminated may be irritating your colon and getting absorbed back into your bloodstream. Increase your fiber intake by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and legumes. Make sure you drink lots of water – around 64 ounces a day. Consult your doctor and/or a colonic therapist.

12 to 24 hours: Your bowels are functioning optimally. Keep up the good work. You’re probably keeping your colon clean and healthy through colonic hydro-therapy and/or herbal flushing.

Less than 12 hours: You may not be absorbing all the nutrients you should from your food. Consult a health care professional and/or a colonic therapist.

With western-style diets, it is not uncommon for a very low-fiber, very high-fat and very high-calorie meal, to stay inside the digestive tract for two full days or even longer! And what happens? Auto intoxication that can include headaches, fatigue, bloating, gas, halitosis, skin problems, irritability, memory loss, rashes, weakened immune system, weight gain and so on.

Colon transit time is a key to colon health. Colon health is a key to a happier, more attractive and healthier you. Learn how to keep your colon clean and healthy. Check your schedule. You can successfully navigate the Alimentary Canal!

It is difficult (if not impossible) to reverse colorectal cancer. The organ cannot be replaced or transplanted. There are people who spend the remaining years of their life with a colostomy bag. (It is a small pouch for feces that is usually attached to your belly). Colostomy bags are provided for those who cannot expel their feces due to ineffective bearing down or a section of the colon has been resected to save the small intestine due to inability of the colon to contract and discharge its contents.

This cancer starts with what you consider an innocent condition called constipation. You think being constipated for three days is just fine as long as you discharge it on the fourth day. Medical professionals says that the recommended size of your fecal discharge should be the length of your elbow to the tip of your hand per day. Now, if you happen unable to remove that specified length for that day, think how long that waste materials inside your colon if you haven’t visited the lavatory for 3 days? What happens? This creates a process inside our body called auto-intoxication. The toxins that should have been eliminated will be allowed to roam your body’s system once again through your blood stream. When they get back to your colon, they deposit themselves to your colon linings and starts to harden.

When this consistently happens, these hardened deposits thicken and attract the bacteria, the cycle of reabsorption and circulating again into your system gets repeated. Then you start feeling the symptoms. You sometimes feel colicky, or gassy, til the pain increases in intensity. That is the only time you consult your doctor and it may be too late. The usual treatment for constipation is enema. The nurse will be inserting a small tube attached to some rubber tubing with a solution. This can be as simple as soap water solution or solutions that are sold by the pharmacy. Regardless of what the doctor ordered, the solution will be introduced into your anus and when you feel like you are about to bear down, the nurse will remove the tube, and have you get up to run to the toilet or serve you a bedpan to release what was there in your colon for a long time. Quite embarassing? Nurses are used to it, you should not worry, but still you cannot help but be embarrassed. And this procedure doesn’t even guarantee you won’t be back for other occassions to do it again.

My friend, keep in mind: “An ounce of prevention is always better than a pound of cure.” Fiber which helps sweep that will help you get rid of those toxic wastes are readily available in your daily food. It is naturally present in fruit and green leafy vegetables. Water helps replenish fluids as well as helps liquefy those fecal materials attaching themselves to your colon. You just have to learn ways of eating or having them. If you don’t have time to peel a mango or munch on a pineapple, you can have them processed by the very reliable blender, pour into a bottle and store in the fridge so that you can always have the fruit by just gulping it down. It’s just a matter of choosing which way you want to go, to drink a blender-processed fruit or wait until these fruit fibers and water won’t do any difference at all because your poop is catched by small plastic pocket on an opening in your belly. Choose well.

While we have excellent solutions and techniques for colon cleansing, we may have overlooked a fundamental reason for the buildup of colon-bound toxins. For centuries humankind lived without the “thrones” now found in the majority of bathrooms or water closets in the western world. Indeed, our use of the commode has made us consider not having one as a certain degree of barbarism. But, we commode users are only a small reflection of the world’s population. The toilet practices of billions of people around the world and for thousands of years of civilization can’t be all that barbaric. Commodes may be yet another example of “modern living” interfering with human health and natural biological functioning.

Physiologists point out that squatting is the most natural and physiologically sound posture to use for evacuation. In the squatting position, with the thighs flexed upon the abdomen, the capacity of the abdominal cavity is greatly diminished and abdominal pressure is increased and thereby encourages elimination. Squatting helps to open the muscles of the pelvic area, angles the rectum for the best possible mechanical advantage, and braces the muscles of the abdomen to supply extra force for the abdominal muscle structure.

Studies show that using the squat position for elimination is more effective for complete evacuation of waste and toxins. It helps one avoid the discomforts and consequences of irregularity, thus improving health and the quality of life. Squatting eliminates the strain of evacuation; with less strain, there is less chance of developing hemorrhoids, varicose veins in the anal area, bowel herniations and muscle strain.

Constipation is often relieved by adopting the squatting position to evacuate. Even many pregnant women have found squatting to be far more easy for elimination over the regular seated posture. When the mechanics of the human anatomy are called into play as they were meant to be, elimination becomes easier, more comfortable and more complete

Examining the typical western bathroom or water closet makes it pretty clear that squatting was never considered regarding their design. Some agile individuals may be able to perch themselves on the commode rim, but this is not recommended. A plastic tub could be employed. Choose one that can be easily rinsed and stored. The contents can be disposed of in the commode. There are also products on the market that are made to sit unobtrusively around the existing commode and should be safe to use, but always use caution. The installation of support bars on nearby walls might be helpful.

For the sake of keeping your colon clean and healthy, and therefore improving the quality of your life, obey your anatomical structure and do what comes naturally.
So you have finally made the leap and decided to begin a colon cleanse? After putting all your time into researching and understand exactly what is involved with a colon cleanse, you are ready to take the next step. By now you are probably aware that this will not be some magical solution to health or weight loss.

In fact, a colon cleanse is only the first step to protecting your overall health. If you are preparing for, or in the midst of a cleanse, it is important to establish a healthy diet to ensure your system stays clean. The primary reason you need a cleanse in the first place is due to your original unhealthy diet, so do your best to avoid that habit. Below, I will outline both things you should avoid and things you should include into your new diet.

1) Things to Avoid:

Not surprisingly, most of the foods you have been taught to avoid throughout your life for various reasons are also harmful to your colon. Here is a basic list of foods to avoid for various reasons: coffee, soda, potato chips, cookies, cakes, pies, all fast food, Ramen and other “quick make” foods, alcohol and pasteurized milk.

Another food item which should be closely monitored is rice intake. Furthermore, though it is not exactly part of your “diet,” smoking should be avoided at all costs. You are likely well aware of the dangers of smoking, but it becomes additionally dangerous during a colon cleanse.

2) Things to Add:

People often testify to experiencing usual levels of exhaustion during a colon cleanse. The main reason for this is due to lack of supplements and improper diet. Because you are thoroughly cleansing your entire body, the process can be a bit strenuous. Adding supplements to your diet will help reduce this tension.

A good cleansing will remove all bacteria from your body, including the healthy variety. It is important that you rebuild this bacteria with a probiotic. Another supplement which may be beneficial are Vitamin C pills. This will help increase your energy levels and battle against the lethargy which may be plaguing you.

Additionally, raw egg yolks are tremendously beneficial. These contain literally all the vitamins you need in a given day. Eating one raw egg yolk today, no matter how disgusting it may seem to you, is the equivalent of taking a multivitamin.

Other things which should become heavily involved in your diet are foods high in fiber content, fruits and anything green and leafy. Lettuces, spinaches, and broccolis for example are excellent for your colon and digestive system.

If you are embarking upon a colon cleanse, you are likely interested in adopting a new, healthier lifestyle. A major aspect of this lifestyle is a balanced diet including copious amounts of fruits and vegetables, high fiber foods and supplements. Do not be deceived into thinking a colon cleanse is the be-all, end-all to maintaining good health. Conversely, a colon cleanse is a tremendous starting point to a new and healthy lifestyle.

If you have finally made the big decision to go through with a colon cleanse, there are a few things you need know before beginning as well as during. I am sure you have spent plenty of time reading up on the basics of colon cleansing and what the process involves, however you may not be aware of how you should properly prepare yourself before embarking upon a colon cleanse and how you should take care of yourself during and after.

Taking a few measured and necessary steps may make the process continue seamlessly and take less of a toll upon your body. Not all of these suggestions will be applicable or useful to every person, but hopefully some of the advice you will yield to so that your cleanse may transpire as best as possible.

Fasting prior to a cleanse is one popular option. Many people attest to the relative ease of a colon cleanse following a good fast. Obviously, the concept is to eliminate the toxins from your body, so by fasting (perhaps a water only fast), you begin that initial process. However, be sure to consult a medical professional before jumping into a fast that lasts longer than a day or two. Fasts are not necessary, but those who opt to do so attest to their effectiveness.

The next step is to do the cleanse. Whatever method you have elected (colon hydrotherapy, natural, oral pills, enema), be sure to amply research whichever method and to perform it safely. If you have decided to do it yourself through a series of shakes, make sure to follow instructions closely so that you are taking the proper dosage. Follow your cleanse through until you are relieved of all symptoms. Cutting it off early will only ensure that the toxins remain in your system.

During the cleanse, it is important that you keep yourself hyrdrated. Regardless of what technique you opt to use, they will all dehydrate your body, so you must take steps to avert that. Load up on plenty of water and juices and avoid all alcohol and coffee. Secondly, taking a probiotic will help restore the good bacteria you are flushing from your system, since a good colon cleanse will not discriminate on which types of bacteria to eliminate.

Finally, it is important to flush your system daily. You can do this through a colonic, enema or salt water flush. Research each to see which method is most accessible and easiest for you. During and after the cleanse it is important to monitor the waste you excrete. Look for any “junk” or unusual things to come out – this is what has built up within your system.

Performing these steps will help to ensure you have a healthy and safe experience during your colon cleanse. Meditation and yoga are also helpful to many, as a cleanse can be rigorous upon the body and these will help the patient relax and focus. Each technique can be successful for different people, so elect the one which you feel most comfortable about. Remember to eliminate the junk you are putting into your system, because that is what got you here in the first place.

Over the course of these past few articles I have covered a variety of benefits which come from having a colon cleanse. Obviously, the natural benefit of flushing your system of toxins is the primary health aid. But studies have shown that colon cleansing can also benefit skin health, ease digestive problems, aid with weight loss and remove parasites from your system. Yet, these are not the only benefits. In fact, those toxins which have built up in your body may have an adverse affect upon your mind’s ability to function at its highest capacity.

If it helps to conceive your body as a sponge, that may be the best example to provide. A sponge is used to clean things but it is also known for its ability to absorb in the process. Throughout your life your body absorbs different substances from what you eat, drink, breathe etc.

Just like a sponge, as you absorb these substances, you become dirtied and less effective. However, just as you squeeze a sponge to remove all the nastiness it has absorbed, so you do with your body through a colon cleanse. The purpose of the cleanse is to flush away all the toxins, bacteria and other junk you have developed in your system over a lengthy period of time.

Virtually every facet of your life and mine involve some sort of toxin intake, ranging from the harmful aspects of our diets (“But I just can’t put these sweets down!”) to the polluted air we believe. As a result, we build up these toxins within our systems over time.

Unfortunately, whether we realize it or not, these toxins are the source of many of our illnesses, aches, pains and other health issues. This is why we opt to have a colon cleanse. When these toxins build in our digestive systems, our whole body suffers.

One of the harmful build-ups which occur is metals. Multiple studies reveal that excessive metal build up may cause lapses in concentration as well as “fogginess” of the brain. Although a colon cleanse is not the only way to cleanse your body from metal build up, it is perhaps the quickest and most effective.

Metals are just one of the many toxins which pollute your system. Bad foods and drinks all corrupt our digestive tracts and cause our organs, including our brain, to function on a lower level. As a result, your concentration levels are lowered, memory loss becomes more frequent and you are generally less sharp.

If you have been struggling with memory and concentration lately, you likely didn’t stop to consider that the cause may be your colon or digestive system. However, studies show that the pollution of these does have an adverse affect upon your mind and body. You have likely tried a host of solutions to alleviate this frustrating problem, but colon cleansing may be the ideal solution. Remember, it the pollutants within your body which are causing the frustration and a colon cleanse will wash those away.
