I bought the whole Blessed Herbs Package, colon cleanse and organ cleanse. I stuck to it by the fourth day was feeling very sick. I vomited violently on the evening of the 4th day and finally on the 5th evening I broke the fast and immediately felt better. In the meantime my doctor had called me. I had happened to have an appt. for a bloodtest during the fast and it turned out the program had brought my sodium levels to a dangerously low level, which meant I could be susceptible to seizures.

I sent back the organ cleanse and it took over 5 months and many phone calls to get a refund.

I bought the Blessed Herbs detox program box—two of them in fact—and became extremely ill when I started the first one. I have never had such a painful headache in all my life. It made me severely nauseous. It was worse than the worst flu I can imagine. And no, I don’t believe it was part of the “detox process.” It took a immediately halting the program and taking strong pain relievers to get over it. The digestive stimulator was harmless—it was the rest of it. I WOULD NOT recommend that anyone waste their money on this!

I tried it, but had to modify it because, as an RN, and one who works with newborns and new moms, going to the bathroom regularly to pee, much less anything more time consuming is impossible on a 12 hour shift. If I ever get a vacation, I will try it again, to do it properly, because the benefits were huge, and the healing crisis was minimal. I don’t like getting acne again as when I was an adolescent, but it is short-lasting, and the glowing skin underneath (yeah, weird, huh?) gave me a minor ego massage when I looked in the mirror.

After to colon cleansing is it normal to be constipated or not having the correct bawl movement/
